You can also request a date for the unit you are interested in by using the RESERVE NOW button located next to the image of the unit you would like to reserve.

We do not accept credit cards at this time. We accept Cash, and Checks at time of delivery.

It does actually rain in Tucson! We hope this won't happen on the day that you choose, but if it does rain there is no charge for cancellation.

If it begins to rain after we have delivered and setup for your event, there may be a partial credit of the rental price based on the actual time used. That credit can be used towards the next jumping castle rental. There are no refunds.

Deposits are normally required for equipment/attractions that do not have high demand. If you need to cancel your reservation, and we are able to secure another rental for the same day for that equipment, your deposit may be refunded.

If one of our bouncers has a problem, give us a call right away. We may be able to diagnose the problem over the phone. If not, you will not be charged for defective equipment.

A week in advance is a good rule of thumb. Holiday weekends are very busy, so you might want to give us a call as much as a month ahead of time if you are considering one of these weekends for your event.

On the day of your event we will deliver and set up your unit no later than the time specified on the contract. It takes approximately 20 minutes to set up for operation. After your event is over, we will return to pick up the unit. Hassle Free Fun!

There must be a source of electricity to power the air blower at your event site. If your event is at a park, you need to verify at the time you make your ramada reservation with the City or County Parks and Recreation office, that power will be provided. Some parks do not allow jumping castles to be plugged into the ramada and would then require a generator. We offer generators at 35.00 for four hours.

If damage occurs that is not considered normal wear and tear, such as a dog chews a hole in it, the person who signs the contract will be responsible for the cost to repair or replace the unit.

Other damage caused from failure to adhere to specified restrictions (such as gum, silly string, candy, food), a cleaning fee specified on the contract will have to be paid by the person who signed the contract before the unit will be removed from the event location.

Allstar Jumps in Tucson has brightly colored jumping castles, inflatables, combos, obstacle course, and slides create a fun and friendly experience. All of our jumping castles have space requirements for the setup area that are listed. A power outlet within 75’ feet of the jumping castle area will also be needed. The units come fully equipped with plenty of see-through areas to allow parents to keep an eye on their children. In addition it meets and exceeds all safety specifications.
